Privacy Policy
Sam Alishahi, California DRE #01964365 · Last updated September 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Sam Alishahi collects when you contact him or use this website, how that information is used, and the choices you have. It applies to phone calls, text messages, email, web forms and in-person interactions relating to his real estate practice.
Information collected
- Contact information you provide — name, mobile number, email address, and mailing address.
- Property information you provide — the address of a property you own, are selling, or are interested in, and details relevant to valuing or marketing it.
- Communication records — notes of calls, texts and emails, including the date and content of your consent to be contacted.
- Basic website data — pages visited and general location, collected through standard web analytics.
How the information is used
- To respond to your questions and to represent you in a real estate transaction.
- To send you the transaction updates, appointment confirmations, valuations and market information you asked for.
- To keep records required of a California licensed real estate broker, and records of your communication preferences.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. Your mobile phone number and any consent you give to be contacted by text are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation companies for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for those purposes under any circumstances.
When information is shared
Information is shared only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it:
- With the parties to your transaction — escrow, title, lender, inspectors, the cooperating agent — and only the information that transaction requires.
- With Keller Williams Beverly Hills, the brokerage under which the license is held, for transaction file and compliance purposes.
- With service providers who operate systems on his behalf, such as the messaging platform that delivers texts, under agreements that limit them to that purpose.
- Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or the California Department of Real Estate.
Text messages
Text messages are sent only to people who have given consent to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or by telling Sam Alishahi by any other reasonable means. Full details are in the SMS Terms & Conditions.
Phone calls
Calling lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry, and a permanent internal do-not-call list is maintained. If you ask not to be called, that request is honored indefinitely.
Your choices
- Ask what information is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed broker.
- Withdraw consent to calls or texts at any time.
- California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. Personal information is not sold.
Data retention and security
Transaction records are retained for the period California law requires of a licensed broker. Consent records are retained for as long as the consent is relied upon, and afterwards as evidence that it was given. Information is held in access-controlled systems.
Children
This practice is directed at adults. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
